These reviews come from real customers we’ve moved across Laurel, Jones County, and the surrounding Pine Belt — families relocating across town, folks heading out to Hattiesburg or Meridian, and households who needed a few weeks of storage between addresses along the way. Every review below comes straight from our Google Business Profile, unedited, from people who booked an actual move with our crew and our trucks. We read every one of them, good or bad, because it’s the most honest measure we have of whether we’re actually doing what we say we do — moving things carefully, keeping storage under our own roof, and showing up when we say we will.

Answer a handful of questions and get a firm number back in writing — US-11 traffic and a humid July afternoon in the truck already factored in, so nothing extra shows up once the crew does.

What We Commit To
Six Things We Promise On Every Laurel Move
Every one of these is a working rule, not ad copy — Cole and the crew hold to them on every Jones County job, from a tight street in downtown Laurel to a new build out past Moselle.
One Crew, No Substitutions
Whoever Simone books you with is who shows up — a slow crossing on US-11 or a tight turn onto a downtown Laurel street doesn’t change who’s carrying your boxes.
Mississippi-Registered, Fully Insured
We keep our Mississippi household-goods carrier registration active, cargo coverage rides with every load, and a certificate of insurance reaches an Ellisville or Sandersville HOA board the same day they ask for one.
Our Payroll, Never A Staffing Agency
Every mover on your truck is one of our own employees — Boyd has run the same four-person crew for ten years, and nobody new gets added just to cover a busy Saturday.
The Estimate Holds, Full Stop
The number Simone books you at is the number due once the last box is off the truck — no carve-outs. A slow crossing on US-11, an awkward carry on a narrow downtown Laurel street, sitting at a gate check-in out in Bay Springs — that’s on us to absorb, never you.
Boyd’s Crew, Not A Rotating Cast
The names Simone gives you at booking are the same four people at your truck on move day — nobody on your job gets pulled mid-move to cover a different one on the schedule.
A Window That Actually Holds
If the job ahead of yours runs long, that’s Trent’s problem to manage, not yours — dispatch calls before it eats into your window, and we make it right if it costs you real time.
The Full Harper Transfer & Storage Story
Laurel movers with our own climate-controlled warehouse on-site — nothing you own ever sits in a rented storage unit we don't control.
